Do we ask mycanvas questions here as well??

If not please direct me where I need to.
I was wondering if the picture sizes need to be a certain dimension for mycanvas. I'm trying to create a baby book and when I insert a picture into the canvas, a lot of it may be cropped out. Even the entire page templates are cutting off a huge portion of the picture and I've got the pictures to be the smallest size mycanvas is allowing. I know you can move the pictures around, but I'm wanting the entire image to appear in the template. How is this possible?

Can you email the help desk (http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal)? It'd be really helpful if we could see a screenshot of what you're seeing, with a link to the image itself and that might not be material for public consumption.
