Traditional, journal, slideshow and all thumbs have been updated with the new style. We also fixed a few bugs here and there and replaced some of the new style classes and IDs we created yesterday :)
Go take a look at your sites and make sure everything still works!
All running great from the land of 0z with the new stuff JT :thumb

In Smugmug style my vertical bars have come back (probably something I have done wrong!). Here is the code I have used...
.top_border, .bottom_border {
border: 0px;
}
.rightColumn {
border: 0px;
}
#keywords{display:none}

I'm using the same code, and my verts are back as well. Share what you did to Andy's?
Also my photoNav has returned (1 of 59 display). Cant get it to go away. Is this part of this?
And Andy, in case you figure how to make the dashes solid, I would love to know. I might keep the vert if it was solid.
Thanks.

PHEW!!! I thought I had messed up!
I'm telling you though, I went from a service with tables and a bunch of objects that I couldn't possibly get to to a service with about a dozen different ways to skin a cat (so to speak). This customization stuff is going to be fun.
Now to fixing my galleries ... again :):

I am putting back the old code so you can still remove the borders without refrecning elegant or elegant small. In other words, those of you who removed the dashed borders but then they came back, hang on and they will be gone again.

There is indeed a bug with the initial comment count when you view in smugmug and smugmug small style, it will be fixed later today.

Thanks for whatever you did to take care of the dotted verts.
I'm still having issues with the photoNav, however. I have it as:
#photoNav { display:none}
yet it is still displayed. Please enlighten me. Thanks.

If you view source you will see that we changed it to a class, so use:
.photoNav { display: none; }

Thanks once again.
I was trying to see it from the source, but I just really didn't know for what I was looking. I will say, even though I am pretty much forced to learn a bit of this, it is quite fun. I do appreciate the effort being given to accomodate the flood of qs.

edit: is there a way to make the "gallery pages" navigation on the bottom have the same tag as the one on top? when i use css to take out the one at the top, it doesn't do anything to the bottom one... thanks.

Hi JT again,
I know that u are aware of the comments problem and are doing your best to fix it BUT I wanted to mention...
I received an email stating that I have a new comment ... but now I'm unable to view my comments ...and I'm still unable to delete a comment. (same gallery) :scratch
Thanks

Well, we fixed the initial problem of the page not showing how many comments you had, but I can't reproduced the not being able to delete the comment. I added several comments on your gallery and was able to delete them all. Can you tell me what browser and version you are using to view the site in?

I can't delete comments, too. I'm using Win2000 with IE6 and it says:
"Line:171
Char:2
Code:0
Error:Objekt erwartet
URL:http://rainforest1155.smugmug.com/gallery/706437/1/30820078/Small (http://rainforest1155.smugmug.com/gallery/706437/1/30820078/Small)"
Feel free to delete the test comments I made on this picture: http://rainforest1155.smugmug.com/gallery/706437/1/30820078/Small
There's also a problem with the link-field when logged out. I would assume when reading link that I'm supposed to enter my website, but it automaticly adds a mailto to the link. Therefore it should be called email-field?!
Thanks,
Sebastian

So I just checked with IE and can't seem to figure out what is going on. I did not get any javascript error, but the comments do not refresh themselves like they are supposed to after you approve them.
I will keep investigating though ...

JT, text seems to have gotten a little strange looking throughout my site, some things look bold, or a different font, and such... Are there stylsheet CSS things for text and whatnot?
Also, I'd like to have control of the main page text color, link color, visited link color, hovering features, etc. I mean, I've got all these sweet green breadcrumbs for all my galleries, but my main page is still that drab grey...
If you're working on a list of sorts then just say so and I'll sit back and wait, otherwise I guess we're just going to keep pestering you piece-meal about how-to CSS stuff, and you're going to have to keep going "oh, that's easy, just #blah blah {}" etc. etc...
Take care and keep up the good work,
-Matt-
PS- hey, I kinda like the marching ants line on journal style, what will be the means by which I designate "exceptions" to the CSS that I'm using to turn marching ants off?
