after a series of glorified point-n-shoot cams, I finally broke down and bought a Rebel XT, and boy am I a happy camper.
I stuck the EF28-105 USM off my old EOS Rebel (film) onto it until I can get a wider angle, and shot some night time outdoor concert footage tonite....

I *love* it.
I've had a Nikon CoolPix 950, a Canon S300, and a Canon S70... I liked all these cameras, but have been increasingly frustrated by their limitations, especially when it comes to fast action and low light photography.
