16:9 video-HELP

I've just uploaded a 16:9 widescreen .mpg video. After it was encoded on smugmug, it shows up as 4:3. Everything is bunched up. Any suggestions?

I apologize that happened. This can happen if the video is in a slightly non standard resolution. Our system prefers the video to be in one of the resolutions we have listed here under Video display tech specs:
