Get kewords from Smugmug back into Lightroom

Hi, a couple of years ago before I got Lightroom 2 I keyworded my pictures directly on Smugmug. Does anyone know of any hack to just get the filename and kewords from my galleries and update them in Lightroom? I would prefer not to have to bring all of those pictures down from my galleries and replace them in Lightroom.
