S*E and EXIF after conversion

I love the batch conversion in S*E, but it seems that much of the EXIF info gets stripped when converting from tiff to jpeg. I couldn't see a setting for this. Is there one?

I love the batch conversion in S*E, but it seems that much of the EXIF info gets stripped when converting from tiff to jpeg. I couldn't see a setting for this. Is there one?I'm using MS GDI+ API to do the conversion. If it takes EXIF into consideration - well, we're lucky:-)
Otherwise it's hard for me to pay $3,000 for a commercial graphics-processing library while keeping the price tag in $15..$50 range... :dunno
