I'm a bit perplexed about which Animoto plan I should purchase.
I need to make 5 animoto videos over the next 4 months. These will need to be DVD quality. The photos look terrible on the trial version (low quality and only 30 seconds). I am assuming they will look good on the DVD quality versions.
All access pass gives me a chance to make the videos and pay $5 for a DVD quality run. I think they still have Animoto branding (which I don't want).
Three month trial is $99. This would work, but I'm still not certain if the quality will be adequate.
Any experience and suggestions? Three of these shows will be projected.

I think it will really depend upon your individual needs. They've got a comparison of the different levels on their site here:

For unbranded, unlimited hi-res videos, Animoto Pro is the way to go. It's $39/month or $249/year:

Thanks for chiming in. I've made hi-res animoto videos since this thread was started. The image quality was excellent.
My biggest problem right now is the lack of flexibility in pacing the photos in my videos. Animoto still does not have a fit to music option which would make the process much easier. There is just too much trial and error when making these with the present system. You have to wait for your video to be produced (a few hours) and then remix and wait again if you need to make changes. Who has the time for this??
I want to upload the number of photos I want in a show, put them in order, upload my music, and then be alerted when my show is produced using all of my photos to fit into the length of my music.
Not there yet.

Hi Mitchell,
I hear you! We are hoping to have multi-song support in the future, which will cause the whole fitting images to one song problem obsolete. I'll definitely let you know when we have that.

Oh... good. That is my biggest issue... No song long enough or appropriate for an entire wedding slideshow. (I know, I know... use less photos.) But because of this issue, I was going to let my pro status lapse when the time came around... so I hope multi song is up and running before then! I'll re-up! :)
