This poor chap was being buzzed by these fast moving little rockets.

Cool shot AND I'm thrilled to find your lens rental service. I've been seeking one.

Thank you Snowgirl. Hope we can be of assistance as the business grows. Interestingly we had two inquiries from Moncton and Cloverdale last week. I guess rental outlets are pretty thin on the ground out there.

Nice one, Martin!

Thanks Glenn. It was pretty difficult due to the speed of the Martins (I think that's what you call them over here). Zippy little things. I finally had to aim at the Swan and look over the top of the camera to watch for them coming... then fire the shutter.

Nice shot. It looks great at this reduced size, but I wonder if you could please satisfy my curiosity about how sharp that lens+extender combo is by posting a 100% crop of the swan's head (which looks to be one of the best-focused parts)?

Hi Craig,

Not the best example due to the ISO being 500, but here's a 100% crop from Lightroom.

Craig, here's a better example of the EF400f2.8 + 2.0x extender. This is 100% with no sharpening.

Martin. :)
