If you have time try and get up to Loch Lomond and then head up Glen Coe and over to the west coast through Fort William to Arisaig then Maliag and up north to Apple Cross, every corner you turn in Scotland is beautiful you will have a great time but take a good mack it can get wet, i went last year but first week in September and the weather was fantastic
