Honey Creek is the little creek that powers Turner Falls. This is down stream from the falls and spillway.

these first three shot with the rebel and 18-55 kit lens

The sony IR version of this shot was posted here http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=15712

a closer view from the other side of the log... actually I think I used the log as a rest lol!

Just to the left of that rises the cliff face upon which the turner falls overlook sits. I'm fascinated by how trees can root into seemingly solid rock

it also makes for a nice IR shot (taken with the sony)

and finally, here's a closer shot of the grotto behind turner falls. I believe waterfallrich had commented about the ferns in my last post of the falls. This shot shows them off a bit better.

Nice set of pictures, Dani. The one I like best is the second one, thanks to the color and clarity of the picture. It's also nice to see the difference between the color and IR shot.

I like that last one, especially, Dani. Love the leaves for some reason, though the water is important to the shot.

nice set.

Dani,

Great work. I recently became aware of Turner Falls and I love how you went away from the obvious views and shots. I'd have to say the last shot with the ferns is my favorite.
