A few avian portraits

I realized that I never really used my Nikkor 300mm, f4 after it came back from Nikon for a motor repair. I was travelling and did not want to bring the 300mmVR with me, so I tried out my 300mm, f4.

I had forgotten how light and sharp this lens is!
