When is my subscription renewed??

Actually I want to move up to Pro subscription, but was afraid it might interfere with the anual renewal (due yesterday). On my control panel I still see the old 'end date' however (08-11-2005), so I am wondering if it is 'safe' to upgrade or should I wait until I am certain that my current subscription is continued?
