Stormy Coast

Yesterday work took me on one of my favorite drives. The Sonoma/Mendocino coast of California. The surf was angry due to the stormy weather, had break in storm in the morning and late afternoon but rained a lot in between.

I totally missed this one! Is it bad that I'm jealous of your work if they make you drive through Mendocino? There are a gazillion worse places to be -- even if the weather sucks!

That's a favorite area of mine also. I really like that first shot with the sun peaking through.

Very nice. I think HDR might hurt rather than help, these don't need it.
