Weird Background Shape

Recently, I visited the "About" page on my website and noticed a strange curved corner rectangle in floating behind the copy on my page. I have not made any changes to my site in a long time and this seems to be the result of a SmugMug system update. The shape looks like the one that surrounds the edit/delete when in edit mode. Does anyone know how to remove this?

That is a gallery with no photos. Add this to your CSS section of your site's customization:

.notLoggedIn .nophotos {
display:none;}
