click photo, and it link to a gallery instead of opening?

Is it possible to take the images on my services page ( http://russellledford.smugmug.com/Other/SERVICES/11525659_PUX7D )and have it to when you click the photo that instead of it opening it would link to the gallery it represents?

You can easily do that if you create an html-only gallery instead of using a journal-style gallery. You can use a combination of <a href= and <img src= statements to show the photo and to link to the gallery.

A starting point for you might be Allen's tutorial at http://allen-steve.smugmug.com/gallery/3539056. You can click through the menus on that site for other examples.
