I see where you're aiming for but im not sure you're there yet.. the elements are present but i'm missing some photographic sparkle that puts it all together.. either in the colours, composition, lines, etc. Do you have other shots of this scene? :thumb

I'll second that. You can always try getting closer to the ground, it can add some fun perspective to your photos and get away from that "snapshot" feel.
