About, Contact, Nav Bar pages

I'm fairly new to SmugMug and I'm trying to figure out how to create my "About Me", "Contact Me" pages. I saw a tutorial on how to create a nav bar to point to those pages, but how do you create a page where you can write text?

The easiest way is to create a new gallery, set it to "journal old" style....add 1 photo...then add some text to the photo caption...
