Slideshow images are different sizes... help!

A weird thing: on the slideshows on my website -- www.WillsonCummer.com -- the images are coming up different sizes. Let one of the slideshows run and usually the 4th or 5th image will display larger than the first three or four. Other images are also displaying large. The source images are all the same size.
Any suggestions?

I think that's just how the slideshow works.

It seems to take some number of initial images to make up its mind how large an image it is going to display. I'd much rather see it use a consistent size from the beginning, but Smugmug doesn't seem to want to change it.

Yeah - I have had (and sometimes continue to have) this issue. Annoying.

I agree. If it's supposed to be a full screen sildeshow, why not figure out the size before it starts? I always see 3 or so at a reduced size when it starts.
