Beautiful tones in #1.
For the second shot, I'm assuming you had a camera strapped onto the back of one the gulls....

Two stunning shots, especially the second.

I think both of these are wonderful. I like the colors and the gradual tones/colors, foreground and finally fog - mountains in the first. Are they trees or low bushes; how did you get that shot?

I had to duck when i viewed the second. Care to share how you got that? Alfred Hitchcock would be proud! :D

Thanks,

Those are both really cool! By the time the tulips arrive you'll know every back road in the valley!

Thanks, Eia! The trees are just very young...young enough that I was taller then them. :D

The second shot is no mystery, really...I just had my 600mm pointed at the flying birds and shot at the widest aperature (f/4). The camera did the rest. :D

Very nice photos. Love them both. I presume you had it on manual focus for the second shot?

The second shot steals the first shot's thunder. #2 is wonderful and brings a view and feeling not often captured. Fourteen thumbs up.
