Help: Strange Floating Box?

If you scroll to the bottom of this page (http://www.stevegphotography.com/Other/Contact/9876202_UpSHX), you'll see a strange floating box. When I'm logged in, that's where I see buttons like "Delete Gallery", "Settings", and "Add Photos". But apparently anonymous people can see the box too. I'm assuming the box is there because there are no actual pictures in the gallery, but I'm not really sure. Is there any way I can get rid of it?

Hi, add this to your css at the bottom, it's the preferred way to hide the nophotos div

.notLoggedIn .nophotos {display: none;}

you can then safely remove other nophotos css from your css box.

This will hide it from all visitors but show it to you (convenient).
