Customization question

Hello everybody

this is my first message on this forum, and I just signed up with smugmug.

There has been various posts already regarding customization, however I seem to miss the how-to-do's.

This is what I would like to do but can't find any step-by-step instructions for, I'd greatly appreciate if you can point me into the right direction (I'm looking at the pro account):

I don't understand:
- how to add my customer header in the control panel of smugmug?
or even
- how to change the overall appearance of my homepage; where's the html code, how do i change it, can i use my own designed homepage?

I'm sure there's somewhere some information that would guide me step-by-step, I apologize in advance if that information is too obvious to miss and me missing it anyway.. :dunno

thanks - i did click on the wrong link in the CP, on "more info" and so never reached the page where I can actually do the changes.
