Need help in custom WB for my camera..shoudl i buy the or could i actually get a good WB from white pce opf paper

I would recommend you spend the $$ and get a decent WB target.

Most white paper is actually a bit blue. What the paper makers do is add a bit of bluing to the paper much like was done years ago (maybe still) - adding bluing to laundry to make white shirts just that much "whiter". I've actually tried this and ended up with images that were just a bit too warm. But YMMV
