Elementary school fair

This is an annual event a few blocks from my house. Today it was bright and sunny and noonish so it was a good opportunity to practice fill flash. Opinions?

The rest of your images I did not see until I opened the reply box, and then I saw all the other children. Nice fill flash for the other kids - good images - were these with the Markll?

I am not sure about the children's hairdresser tho.....A little light on the color don't you think?

The cup picture was an experiement. I was playing with the light and contrasting what the fill flash could do with non-flash. It was fun to get this to work.

You've given away my guilty secrect. These were mkii pictures. That's pwart of where the fill flash issue came from. The mkii manual is as bad as the camera is good. The chapter about flash is very uninformative. It's a good thing there are online pros (at Fred Miranda, for example) who can answer my questions about it.
