Annabella,

I like the 2nd one better. This is a tough shoot. In that those white flower petals are so easy to over expose in the light you shot these under :dunno Trying to properly expose the darker butterfly while controling the petals would be very difficult. I think you did a very nice job under the circumstances :thumb :thumb

I just noticed that you live in my hometown :D I just got back from Rochester, last Tuesday evening. I have lots of relatives there and I sure do miss that place :cry Plus they have really tried to make the downtown area look better. Unfortunately, it was really hot and muggy during our 12 days there :rolleyes I had almost forgotten how bad it can get. But we still had a ball there. Lots of good places to eat too :eat I'll miss the pulled pork, the hots and the Italian lemon ice....lol Not to mention my oldest daughter who lives there too :rofl

Thanks Steve. It was a very sunny day, and I was so thrilled at finaly finding a butterfly that didn't dissapear as soon as I took my lens cap off, I focused as fast as I could, was amazed that I got anything:rofl

Even though we belly ache a lot Rochester is a pretty nice place...I acctually live in Chili. I just had a pulled pork sandwich today..yummm... and white hots, a Rochester tradition! It has been unusualy hot here this summer, maybe we will make up for it with an unusualy snowy winter:rofl My #2 son lives in Charleston SC so I know how crummy it is to have a kid so far away:cry .... thanks for looking and commenting I need all the help I can get...
