Hi Jim welcome back! Nice shot.. very sweet. Looks like the focus is on the lower half of her face, leaves the top just a tinsey bit soft.. very nice though... lovely child.:D

I think that's either a resizing or JPEG artifact or both. Focus point was the upper eye, and indeed the eyelashes in the upper eye in the original are sharp. The thing I don't like about it is the spot of flash reflection coming back from the moisture in her mouth between the tooth and the lib; easy enough to retouch but I haven't bothered.
