This shot was taken through the window (no glass) into an art gallery.
It was night-time but a well lit street. The picture of the old man caught my eye.
The pictures on the LHS are deliberately cut off to give a bit of depth & intrigue - is that the case?

Sorry adrian, great idea, but the subject just doesn't grab me, I suppose that's personal taste though :dunno . I find the framing, particularly the drop shadows, very distracting and slightly confusing too.

Outside looking in. It's a great idea but doesn't work for me. As a suggestion,
framing several of the images in the window might change the look. Though
this type of image is hard to get right.

As the others have said, the idea is nice. Seems to me on of the issues is that there's no context for the window. What we see is a white border, a square and then art inside. If you gave us more of a story about the window and where it was, then perhaps we'd feel more like we're peeking inside.

I look at it and invision someone siluetted standing there looking in through the window at the art work.

Yes, that would make a much stronger image. :nod
