This may not be technically the best shot in the world, but it does portray a lot of what I wanted to portray: the vastness of the lowcountry marshes. Evening is coming on, so pixels are limited, yet I see to the end of the earth, an earth of heat, moisture in the air, lush green grasses, with a hint of the birds to whom this place still belongs.
I guess I would have to call this (technically), photographic expressionism. I don't want to trash it, not until/unless I get better. I love the marsh, constantly changing. Evening took the pixels, the lens hunted, but I do have other photos (some of the others are also pixel challenged). I just wanted to show how vast this place is.
I let all of the photos go a bit dark, as that was the lighting at the time. I also let the sweet light show through when it was apparent as in this first photo.

First this is one we both might like, it is in focus, with pixels. There is the Great White Heron, then there is a little bird, could someone please tell me what the little bird is. He/she was very pretty.
