Is there a way for any photos I upload to go to two galleries?

What I'd like is for newly uploaded photos to have the option to go to a gallery entitled "Family photos 2009" for example but also go to a gallery entitled "Recently added photos"
This way anyone viewing wont have to trawl through all the photos they've already seen and can just view the newly added ones IYSWIM

There is also some javascript you can use to show photos from the last n days. I can't remember who wrote it, but I use it on my site. I also documented it here - http://denisegoldbergplays.blogspot.com/2008/12/show-recent-photos.html (http://denisegoldbergplays.blogspot.com/2008/12/show-recent-photos.html). This blog entry is focused on adding this to a blog, but the same code can be used on your smugmug site.

There is also some javascript you can use to show photos from the last n days. Does that pull from all photos uploaded during that period? I've thought about using something for a "recent photos" gallery, but I've had issues with it including photos from private galleries that I've uploaded to post on a specific forum, or share with someone specific, but that I wouldn't necessarily want in a "recent photos" gallery.

It only includes photos from public galleries.

If I look at it when I'm logged in then I see photos from unlisted galleries too, but not logged in, just public.

It's pretty simple to add the javascript and try it. You can always pull it again if you don't like the results.
