Add "number of photos" to gallery pages

Hi,

I've been searching the forums but no luck so far.

I wish to display the number of pictures in galleries like I have in my old Gallery2 gallery, like this

Is this even possible?

I would like to have the same thing, is this possible? I can see that it displays number of images in categories, but not in galleries.
