I had seen this shot on your site last week. Nice shot, but I like the sepia one better. I don't think the color add anything to this shot wheras the sepia one brings her out more.

Chris Thanks for the compliment. Sepia and B&W do weirdly enhance a lot of photos, altho since this is blurred in the shooting and doctored the Sepia looks more blurred to me on certain monitors.
But there is some abstraction that goes on with B&W and Sepia that changes perspective for the viewer - photography seems to have started out with this abstraction built in, since the technical abilitiy to render an exact copy of "reality" wasn't there yet. I saw some copies of platinum prints from the early 20 th century the other day, absolutely beautiful yet not at all "real".
