Bio page help

I have completed the tutorials for adding a banner but now I'am stuck. I need an bio/about me page. I see where I can check the "your bio" box on the drop down menu on the home page and it shows up but I want it on a separate page. With limited ability HTML and CSS would It be best to try and use the Bio page that is set up in Smugmug and somehow link to it from the tool bar or set up a blank page for the bio/about me?

Thanks for the link. I followed the steps and searched but cannot find my photo number and gallery number, any ideas? Also I have now added several enteries to my CSS from other tutorials , does it matter what order things go in there and is there suppose to be spaces between where one entry stops and the other starts. sometimes it will end with this { being on a line of its own. Do I start a new line with my new CSS code?
Add this to the album/gallery description
Replace the XXXXXXXXXX with your photo number and size.
You might need to add the photo security key. XXXXXXXXXX_XXXXX-S.jpg
