I noticed this after opening the same image between paintshop pro and photoshop elements. Any ideas why the color shifts like that? It's almost like the color temp changes between the two programs.
Any ideas?

Wow, that is a dramatic difference. Only thing I can figure is the Adobe program is color-aware, while the other isnt', and the image is not in the sRGB color space. That's my only guess.
Nice prop blur, by the way.

I looked around for some type of auto settings on startup, but didn't see any. Maybe I'll just give up on paintshop.
On to other questions. I've got an exposure related question coming up!
Thanks,
Eric

Looks to me like one of the programs isn't seeing the "as shot" white balance setting. The yellower one looks pretty close to what you'd get using AWB, or cloudly WB settings on a cloudy day. The blue one (left one) looks too cool for a cloudy day IMO.
