Problem with Metal Print

So I ordered some metal prints for Christmas presents. I just got them in the mail today. The prints themselves are excellent. They look amazing. Problem is this:

On one of the photos, it is landscape orientated, and the back foam mounting piece is mounted for a portrait photo.

Don't know what to do...Christmas is Friday...

I was going to call SM tomorrow, but figured I'd get the ball rolling by posting this.

If it were me, I would contact Smug directly if I had a problem with an order (rather than posting in the forum).

always always always contact our heroes directly with order issues. The forum is for stuff that isn't so immediate and so personal.

yes yes yes. I haven't had any issues in so long I forgot about the amazing email coresspondence from smugmug. Thanks for the link. It's all taken care of.
