I went down to Dorset for a weekend break a couple of weeks ago and used the opportunity to suss out locations to visit with andy... here's a couple of pics

We also visited Swanage, a very typical British Seaside resort, not my thing but the Fish & Chips were good :D

Been to all those places lovely area,Its also beautiful in the New ForestWe also visited Swanage, a very typical British Seaside resort, not my thing but the Fish & Chips were good :D

The pic with the men sitting and the dog in the middle is my favorite. The first picture made me squint when I first looked at it, I guess my brain thought I really was there looking at the sun. I like the first picture but the sun reflecting has a redish tint. Was that actually there or was it maybe a result of processing the picture? Either way I like the shot.

Beautiful pictures...I love the B&W conversion you did for the last 2. My favorite is the first one from Dorset because it creates such a dramatic mood with that angle and unique lighting. Looking forward to more...

Hey Gubbsie - As much as I love beautiful oceanic views, I have to say that these get me more than the first two. I looks like a relaxing place - people just enjoying time together by the waterfront. I like 'em! :thumb

I love the second one and the B&Ws are very nice. You seem to have a good eye on B&W pics.
I would open the first one up in PS, use selective color and tone down Magenta. I know it helps me sometimes when the sun causes that high color ring around the reflective whites in water.
