It looks like RIM is going to fix the problem that prevents Blackberry phones from uploading pictures.:clap I don't know when the fix will be available.:dunno
The problem is that when a Blackberry phone attaches and image to an email it incorrectly identifies it as a generic binary file instead of as a jpeg, which is something that SmugMug can't handle. This problem is caused by a broken Blackberry Java API.
I posted this problem to RIM in early September and after going back and forth a couple of times... it's a subtle bug to detect, they finally have repo'd the problem and said that they would fix it.
