Traffic by me gets a view of an idiot on a cell phone on one side and a really dirty looking building on the other.

I've seen this shot before in TPF (looks like you've done more to it), but still gets a big :thumb from me.

Did you design the frame? Where can I acquire the action for it?

it definitely was a rural setting. there was an accident three miles ahead of me at an intersection. medical helicopters and all!
