can you help me hack my popular photos gallery?

Instead of featuring popular photos on the homepage, I want to do it in it's own gallery, but I don't have the same control over this one as I do my regular gallery. (I'm using .com/popular to get the gallery)

Is there a way I can add a description and loose the link to smugmug's explanation of thumbs up/down.

I need to loose the styles button since I control all my other galleries.

Finally, I want to remove thumbs up/down from this gallery so you can only vote from the original gallery.

Thanks for any help you can provide. Is this even possible?

looking at it a little more, I think I would be easier if I make my own gallery and put in the photos myself. I also wanted to limit it 15, but that only works when displaying on the home page, I always get 28 in the popular gallery link.


Only problem is when I duplicate a photo and move a copy to the new gallery it screws up the popular photo list and takes it down :scratch

Instead of duplicating the photos, use the 'collect this photo' option.
