This is my Second post, but first time starting a thread, and given my User name I thought these would be appropriate! Both were taken at the Toledo Zoo, handheld @ 1600 ISO with my 24-70 2.8L no flash allowed!

and this one makes a great wallpaper!

If you want to play, or use that as a wallpaper, here is an almost original...

http://www.perfect-pix.biz/Hidden%20Pictures/5548%20fr.jpg :D It is a rather LARGE file, so dial up users may not want to use the link!

I have plenty more Zoo pictures, I just have to find the time to edit some. Also I am looking forward to High School Sports season to start again, and I am a Wedding Photographer by trade... So I will be posting those too! Glad I found this place, it looks like FUN!

That's not surprising, Harry was drunk when he posted that. Can't get more relaxed than drunk, right?

Welcome aboard :clap

Great dragon pics, especially with no flash. They are strange looking but yet your profile shot makes it look gracefull and elegant. Love the way you have it coming from the right of the shot and not centred...

Good stuff and nice first posts

:rofl

Yup this is a FUN place to be! I guess I better process so more for the web!

Thanks again for the compliments everyone!

I took 6-8 shots of those guys, and those 2 are by far the best. Phil as far as the "what is it?" as far as I can tell it is a relative to the Sea Horse. I suppose it comes from VERY calm water. Here is the best part... THey are VERY VERY Rare, and command a price tag from 10-12,000 DOLLARS! YIKES:rolleyes
