I was able to snag a sb-28 for cheap today. I was wandering if their is a affordable way wirelessly trigger the flash.

I shot some pictures today with it on the hot-shoe, and I can see how easy it is to get addicted to light-shaping.

I don't know if the sb-28 has wireless CLS, but cactus radio triggers work. link (http://www.gadgetinfinity.com/product.php?productid=17204)

Luckily www.mpex.com will have a solution. I will stop in the storefront on Wednesday, and let you know if they have a solution.

I use the Cactus V4's. I got them through mpex.com. They will trigger any shoe mount flash, as well as flash's with PC connection. The Cactus triggers are very reliable and I do not regret purchasing them.

You might check out radio popper Jr's as well. You should soon be able to manually control the power of that SB28 from the camera wirelessly. A studio set is about $140 I think. www.radiopoppers.com (http://www.radiopoppers.com). You can also hack a TTL cord to control the power now if you don't want to wait for their "Cube".

I went into mpex today and got a cactus set. That store is great. We are lucky in this area to have two great stores.
