Walked along a long trail yesterday and a damselfly flew by me. It landed on the dirt near me so I made my frist attempt at getting one close up.

Now that I look back at the other dragonfly pictures, this one does look different. I'm not sure what it is.http://dgrin.com/images/smilies/ne_nau.gif It looks similar to a dragonfly, though. Anybody know what it is?

Can a mod please modify the topic title to say "Damselfy" rather than "dragonfly"?
Thank you for the info, jwear. They do look like they are in the same family. Learn something new every day!http://dgrin.com/images/smilies/icon10.gif
