This was located just outside Yarmouth, NS, really an intense setting, and had some Wonderful Seafood Chowder:D

I agree -- that reflection is awesome. I like the light color grass with the dark rocks. Goes really good together :thumb

Hi Craig,

I'm with those who like how you captured the reflection. Somehow, though, that modern looking lighthouse seems out of place with the rest of the scene. It's hard to imagine a pirate wanting to rummage around in that lighthouse.

Take care,

Tom

Howdy Mary,

Thanks very much, luckily the Fog cleared out, and we could see the Lighthouse.

Howdy Tom,

Thanks very much, it seems that there are 3-4 different type of lighthouses in Nova Scotia and this one is one of the Tallest Concrete ones, called the Apple Style.

Love the comp and the IR treatment, Craig. :deal

The only thing I can't get my head around is that the reflection tones are exactly the inverse of the sky. So the reflection is basically like a film negative. :huh But then, IR confuses me anyway. :giggle

Howdy Joel,

Thanks very much for the very nice reply.

The difference I imagine is like all images, the Sky was much brighter/lighter than the darker pool of water.
