Would it be possible to pay for services like backup with profits in the smugmug AP for our account ?

At the current time, for accounting reasons, we can't apply the profit to anything at all. This is especially true for things like backups, as we don't handle the billing for those at all. It is handled by the partner who provides those backups (they take the order, charge your card, etc).
