I managed to get out and take some sunset shots the other evening.
I think it was worth the trip.
This was done with two layers and a bit of dodging.

Oh! Very nice! I have some taken from the same place, but they're nowhere near as good as yours; esp the sky! God, I'm as jealous as hell! Nice job!

I managed to get out and take some sunset shots the other evening. I think it was worth the trip. I like the overall feel of the picture, but the (blue?) cast in the foam, and having the left edge of the image cut off that large stream bothers me.
I'd rather it have been shot a bit more rotated to the left - have the edge of the image someplace more 'quiet' than where it is now.

Very cool shot and great timing.
Gettin down and dirty. The horizon is not level and it looks like most of the picture is in the top left of the image. Something about cuttin off the bottom left of the falls doesnt work for me my eye takes me that way but leaves me guessing what is over there. I would recommend shooting in RAW if you have the ability you can get a lot more light out of this pic and much more contrast. A landscape would have worked better for this pic to capture the full lines of the falls.
The picture is very cool I just think the one you wanted was a little bit more left of this shot
