First experiments the last couple of days using the D700 built-in intervalometer. I'm impressed, although, not sure I've worked out all of the kinks just yet.

Want to take multiple scenes like this one and ultimately merge them in iMovie, with music, into a nice short film.

Any advice on such an undertaking?

I don't have any advice for you, but have to tell you that the mini-movie looks sensational. Did you have to adjust the white balance every time the light changed? (Or maybe you did it in post, or didn't do it at all?)

I turned off auto everything. I shot it in jpeg and set the White Balance to either sunny or cloudy (can't remember), so it would be the same each time.

As much fun to watch as the first one!
