Once they set up the new cobranding, you should be able to set up your pictures to display with nice html-based borders and even a drop shadow that won't be on the picture when it prints. I'm investigating that now trying to learn all I can about it and will let everyone know the results when I make it happen (which won't be until after the new cobranding is implemented btw).

I have a good idea for how to get that look, but I'm not sure how to put it in an action. I'll have to do some digging to find a more action friendly method.

At this link http://www.thelightsrightstudio.com/DigitalDarkroom/PhotoshopTools/TLREdgeEffects.htm there is Edge Effect action that gives you several nice edge effects. While I don't believe it has the exact one in the example you posted, it may fill your needs.

You might also check out the rest of the Light's Right Studio (http://www.thelightsrightstudio.com/default.htm) site. The author has some very nice information and some very helpful free downloads.

glad i could lead you to a good site...most stuff there is very interesting and usefull in the right situation....sure, you could make all your frames from scratch but why when these actions end up with what you might have produced by your self. but i would recomend doing some by yourself, just so you know what goes into them.
