I'm a fan of the B&W too! Wonder what maybe a Little hint of selective colouring would do to the lips or the ink work ???

#1: her face seems too red, a bit strained. #3 seems overly-processed, but that's just my taste. #2 in bw, allows you to focus on the 2 things that really matter in your well-composed image: the face and the boots.

Number two is my choice as well. The choice of black and white accentuates the black boots even more with the sharp contrast.
