Three layers...

Gradient background with added noise and lens blur.

Branch with berries with reduced opacity and a circular gradient.

Bird on branch with tonal contrast enhancements and smudging of some edges.

Flattened file had a small amount of skylight filter to even overall light.

Plus...a lot of other messing around! :rofl

I love how the bird is sitting at the end of the branch. That way the branch isn't carried off the other edge of the photo.
