Was in SF Thursday/Friday of last week and took some shots...

good stuff, i think the nr4 is especially nice.
i like the tram shots too, looking good with the sepia in 7.
the only shot that i really dont feel is nr5,
let me try look at it again...... no, nothing...
nr 3 is starting to grow on me, nice light.

I like 3 & 4 in particular. #5 is also not working for me, sorry. Did you notice his bike in #4? It's a track bike -- no brakes, no variable gears, and no freewheel, you move, you pedal, no coasting, all decreases of speed is done by slowing your legs down.

The trolly images are very nicely done -- brings back memories of both SF and Pittsburgh.

Thanks guys.... yeah, the guy with the bike was riding around with a few other guys with similar bikes... riding backwards, pulling wheelies while riding backwards, doing all kinds of tricks and stuff. I wasn't sure about #5 ... almost didn't even post it because I wasn't sure about it. It didn't quite capture the feeling I was hoping for (it was just after 5pm, and everyone was heading home... wanted to get the feeling of 'ahh... off work, time to go home'). Oh well. I was really happy with #4 and the trolley shots though.

#9 has nice light. Of the earlier shots, I like #3 best. The trolley car shots don't do much for me, sorry.

How did you manage to get #5 with nobody seeming to notice the camera?

Thanks.. and no apology necessary for not caring for the trolley shots :)

with #5, I had my camera strap around my neck, with my camera hanging at my waist.. with my hands just casually holding it.. as I snapped some shots :)
