Help with using custom host name!

I have a custom host name with 1&1. I have tried setting up my custom CNAME with them as instructed. They assure me I have it set up properly. When I go to smugmug to type in my custom homepage (this page http://www.smugmug.com/help/power-custom-domain (http://http://www.smugmug.com/help/power-custom-domain) ) it tell me this message... That hostname doesn't resolve to SmugMug's CNAME (domains.smugmug.com). See our help section on custom hostnames (https://secure.smugmug.com/help/professional-accounts).
