... and also some beautiful faces... These shots were captured during the most important portuguese festival (Lady of Agonia). Some of these women carry 20 kgs. pending from their neck:

Beautiful set, and love the colors and all. I like the third one best as she seems fully engaged in what she's doing and you are capturing it.

Whoa!! What a beautiful sight..............20 k gold....hmmmm a little over 40 pounds at $1055 per troy ounce (closed at this today) per ounce = 615,065.00 USD......and they don't get mugged for fortune they have hanging on their necks..........couldn't wear that much gold in the US and not get mugged.......
